The short answer is that we are not exactly sure yet. The guiding principle is that we will only charge when we add value.
This is what we do know:
- We will keep as much as possible free to encourage as many users as possible. Our model is very high volume, very low cost. - We will keep the basic system (what you currently get as a beta customer) free. - We will monetize through micro payments for ancillary services offered to our users as added value.
Q: Will our data be safe with ProfessionL?
We consider your data a top priority and take all
necessary precautions to ensure your information is kept safe.
Our server cluster is hosted and managed by
The Planet,
a recognized leader in high-end hosting.
We recommend you read about their data centre management and what
makes them
the
best choice.
Q: What is the process in cancelling my ProfessionL service?
Send us an email and request a cancellation,
and our team will promptly administer your request.
Q: Can ProfessionL be installed on our own server?
ProfessionL is a unique product which we prefer to look after
ourselves, therefore we do not offer installed versions of it
or any other products which we offer. Our products are strictly
hosted products where we manage the maintenance of our servers,
security, and all necessary updates and improvements. It leaves
everything up to us, and nothing for you to worry about.
Q: What type of support can I expect to receive?
In an effort to provide quick and efficient support to all our
customers, we are only contactable via email, and not
telephonically. Our qualified support staff make every attempt
to respond to each email request within a few hours of receiving it.
Q: Can ProfessionL be customized to my business needs?
ProfessionL allows you to upload your business logo and setup
custom job opportunity categories for your account, but that is all
at the moment.
We offer a standardized version of ProfessionL to all our customers,
and we guarantee this version will suite your business needs.
Q: There any hidden costs, such as registration or termination fees?
We consider hidden costs a liability to our company's credibility.
When we introduce our chargeable ancillary services, we will make the costs and payment methods explicitly clear and invite community feedback on these costs.
